RAPS is seeking an alternating weekend caregiver to assist an individual with Autism (A44)

Location: South Edmonton

Days: Every 2nd Weekend

Hours: Saturday 6pm-Sunday 6pm * 24-hour continuous shift

Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to developing life skills within the home and community, supporting on daily outings, Personal care (Bathing, dressing), meal preparation, light housekeeping, supervision, safety awareness, and companionship.

Qualifications and Other Requirements: The successful candidate must have a clear criminal record check containing the vulnerable sector, valid driver’s license/vehicle, and have experience with developmental disabilities, including behaviours associated with Autism. Ideal candidate will be patient, and calm in nature.

Rate of Pay: $245/ Daily (24 hour period)
