Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by following sanitation protocols.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
• Upsell hair care products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong skills in hair styling techniques and knowledge of various cutting methods.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred, with an aptitude for upselling products.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
• A valid barbering license or certification as required by state regulations.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
