*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes - Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment - Assist customers in selecting beverages based on their preferences - Handle cash transactions using a POS system - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control of products - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns *Qualifications* - Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions - Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Familiarity with POS systems is a plus - Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
