We are a Staffing Agency located in Mississauga, we are looking for a Business Developer who can help us grow our business.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.

Duties
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors

Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with CRM software is a plus

- Must have Business Developer experience in a Staffing / Employment agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,500.00-$6,500.00 per month

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
