Caregiver Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator

Home Instead® is looking for another positive, reliable, hospitality based, organized person to join our Staffing Scheduling team. Home Instead is a Private Home Care Company with a reputation for providing high quality Home Care

At Home Instead our Staffing Coordinator’s Match our elderly clients with our care professionals to ensure the right care is given by the right caregiver! It’s a complex role where you will need to have a thorough understanding of seniors and their needs, while managing the care professional and supporting them. It’s a constant puzzle and you will need to be an energetic team player, with advanced customer service skills. You will need to be fast and accurate especially with your documentation.

This is a permanent full time Monday to Friday in office role.

Position Summary:

Managing our clients needs while matching the perfect caregiver sounds easy, but it requires a special skillset to do it right! This Monday to Friday role is from 8:00AM until 4:30PM. There is an on call component to the role as well. You will be busy answering phones and supporting other team members and scheduling care into client schedules. You will need to be a highly organized person who likes to solve puzzles for others and keep detailed notes in our CRM system. You will be working alongside other team members who are highly motivated to make peoples lives better. This role is a busy one and you need to manage the stress that comes with the busy workload. You will be supported by a group of professionals who take pride in delivering the highest quality care to our clients.

Qualifications:

Advanced English verbal and written skills are required (no exceptions)

Computer literacy with Windows software, email proficiency required

Previous management experience required

Hospitality experience required

Desire to work from the corporate office

Positive Personality

Advanced Customer service skills

Health care experience would be an asset

Database experience preferred
