We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers while handling transactions efficiently. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring that each customer leaves satisfied with their experience. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
• Provide product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and technology sales.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with cashiering duties and cash handling procedures.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and technology-related products is a plus.
• Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customers.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
