Seeking Full time Supervisor role for our Front Of House Coffee Program. Hours can fluctuate from 30-40 hours a week. Hourly wage to start is $18.50 with additional Tips and an increase to $19 after successful completion of the 90 day probation period.

Responsibilities will include, running the coffee bar, ordering all coffee stock , training all employees on the Bar , maintaining excellent coffee standards at all time, ensuring the equipment is cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.

Additional responsibilities would include working with a Point Of Sale system efficiently, taking orders, customer service, housekeeping, and preparing drink orders.

The candidate must have Barista experience using an espresso machine.

Must be motivated, friendly, teachable, hospitable, and above all else, happy to serve the customer.

Candidate must be able to work well with the other staff members and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager and the Store Manager.
