Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Fleet Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with businesses to provide tailored automotive solutions that meet their fleet needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential commercial clients for fleet sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in commercial fleet sales.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management and vehicle specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Dealer Management Systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
