Position Overview: We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. Whether you’re experienced in the industry or ready to take the next step in your career, if you’re passionate about real estate and client success, this is the opportunity for you. You’ll work closely with investors, buyers, and sellers, guiding them through the complexities of the commercial market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-up
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with property values, trends, and opportunities in commercial real estate
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored advice and solutions to meet their specific needs
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing, acquisition, and operations teams to create and present professional property packages
• Negotiate terms and close commercial real estate transactions
• Maintain accurate records and reports using industry tools

What We’re Looking For:

• Real estate license (Ontario) and experience in commercial real estate is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for closing deals
• Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow within the company
