Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
• Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Analyze customer feedback and issues to provide effective solutions and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while managing multiple calls efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements

• (Motorcycle knowledge is not required)
• Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Bilingual is an asset but not a requirement
• Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions quickly.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $44,761.00 per year
