**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Controller, The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Duties:**

- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally

- Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and orders

- Receive and Process orders accurately and efficiently for 50-80 accounts

- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a polite and timely manner

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records

- Process and send customer invoices

- Initial NOD form for any non-compliant material.

- Communicates relative information to customers and team members.

- Reviews Aged Accounts Receivable report and makes collection calls.

- Issue vendor purchase orders for small service items/parts.

- Provides back up to Executive Assistant as necessary.

- Participate in quarterly physical inventory counts.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles

- Proficiency in English language

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions

- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

- Highly organized with good time management

- Outlook & ERP System experience an asset.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing role an asset.

- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus
