Job Description

Attrell Hyundai is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our team. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination of customer appointments. Responsibilities:
- Schedule customer appointments accurately and efficiently through various channels
- Maintain electronic appointment records and update customer information as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding appointments
- Collaborate with the Service team to optimize appointment scheduling processes
- Assist in managing appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and follow-up appointments
- Ensure the Service department appointment calendar is up-to-date and organized
- Support other administrative tasks within the dealership as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Automobile setting is preferred
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Knowledge of Automobile terminology is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
