Excavator Operator

We are currently accepting resumes for experienced Excavator Operators in the Victoria area on Vancouver Island. This position would require someone who has municipal experience working in and around utilities. A minimum of 2 years’ operating heavy equipment is required working in municipal environments as well as being safety orientated, self-motivated and work in a team environment.

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Ability to work in tight municipal work areas
• Safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment to meet production targets
• Perform pre-operational checks on equipment, clean, grease and refill fluids in equipment as required.
• Work in a team environment
• Excellent oral communication skills with close attention to detail
