```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The Club Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the club, including food service, customer satisfaction, and staff management.

```Responsibilities:```
- Oversee daily operations of the club, including managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise club staff members
- Monitor food service operations to ensure quality and adherence to food safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Develop and implement strategies to increase club membership and revenue
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote club events and offerings
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records using POS systems

```Skills:```
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and customers
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant management preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems for managing transactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
