Job Summary
Royal Wellness Centre is hiring for a Full Time Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and effectively
- Utilize computerized systems for booking and managing guest information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic office tasks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in office/ customer service setting would be advantageous
