Summary
The Customer Service Agent is required to have a pleasant, polite, energetic, and helpful presence while providing front line service to our casino customers. Individuals who succeed in our Customer Service position are organized, quick and have the ability to multitask.

Job Duties
- Greeting guests when they enter the casino
- General coat check duties
- Making announcements over the intercom
- Interacting with guests and respond graciously to inquiries regarding services and features of the casino
- Assisting marketing when required by making gift baskets, promotional items, laminating and cutting
- Responsible for selling Casino merchandise and other items
- Providing information about upcoming casino events
- Other related service duties or responsibilities may be assigned based on business requirements
Requirements
- Able to maintain security clearance
- Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends
- Fluent in the English language
- Lottery ticket sales experience is considered an asset
- A team player who is willing to learn new skills
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a variety of customers
Work Conditions
- Must be able to stand for 8-hour periods
- Must be able to bend to reach shelves
- Must be able to carry out light cleaning duties
- Must be available to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
