Probe is transforming the nightlife experience with a real-time "Members Only" social club built around clubs. We amplify engagement for venues and promoters and foster connections among event-goers. Our "fire rating" system and AI-driven event discovery features are set to transform how people socialize during their nights out—all happening in real-time.

Position: Head of Operations & Growth

As the Head of Operations & Growth, you will play a vital role in optimizing our operations and spearheading sales strategies, helping us scale into new markets. This role requires a unique mix of operational expertise, strategic growth planning, and hands-on sales execution. Working closely with our engineering team, you'll build scalable processes, lead sales efforts, and expand Probe's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations and develop scalable processes.
  • Align business operations with our product roadmap and technical capabilities.
  • Optimize resources for both operational excellence and growth.

Growth Strategy & Sales Execution

  • Design and execute strategies to grow our user base and market share.
  • Create a sales playbook and engage in B2B sales with clubs and event organizers.
  • Establish partnerships across the nightlife industry and college campuses.
  • Spearhead college campus strategies to engage students and build brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop initiatives that grow Probe's B2C side and deliver an engaging user experience.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Establish metrics and tracking systems for operations and growth.
  • Analyze KPIs to refine processes and improve acquisition and revenue.
  • Use insights to align business efforts with market needs.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build and manage high-performance operations, sales, and growth teams.
  • Foster a balance between efficiency and aggressive growth.
  • Work closely with the technical team to align product and business efforts.

Client, Partner, and Campus Relations

  • Manage relationships with nightclubs and event organizers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and nurture partnerships on college campuses to drive brand engagement.
  • Translate insights from clients and users into actionable improvements.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience leading operations and driving growth in early-stage startups.
  • Strong B2B sales expertise, with a track record of closing deals and building partnerships.
  • Expertise in B2C strategy development, preferably in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Background in nightlife, social platforms, or events industries (preferred).
  • Strong data analysis skills with a metrics-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with experience building and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable leading college outreach efforts and engaging with student communities.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments, capable of pivoting quickly based on feedback and new opportunities.
  • Willing to travel and temporarily relocate in the future if work requires it.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in SaaS platforms or tech-enabled solutions for the events or entertainment industry.
  • Network within the nightlife or events space, with connections to promoters, venues, or organizers.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven technologies or experience working with data-heavy products.
  • Previous involvement in scaling a B2C mobile platform or app-based business.
  • Experience launching and managing campus ambassador programs.
  • Understanding of CRM tools and sales automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in financial planning and forecasting tools to support strategic decision-making.
  • Fluency in multiple languages to support market expansion efforts.
  • Event planning or management experience that offers insight into the challenges faced by partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
