Express Employment Professionals, on behalf of our client, is searching for Junior Carpenters to become a part of their vibrant team. Our client provides competitive pay, hands-on training, and avenues for career advancement.

Your Role:

● Construct wood frames, install metal siding, and doors

● Manage building materials: strip, clean, and organize

● Undertake landscaping tasks, including hand excavation and snow removal

● Set up and take down light-duty scaffolding

● Uphold cleanliness and maintenance of the site, trailers, lunchrooms, and public areas

● Safely operate around chemicals, cranes, and moving equipment

Work Schedule:

● 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed

● Four-day workweek: Monday to Thursday, 10 hours each day

What We're Looking For:

● Prior experience in carpentry or a related field

● Proficiency in installing metal siding

● Physically fit and healthy

● Willing to work outdoors, even in winter conditions

● Experience in wood framing and commercial construction

● Familiarity with mechanical & electrical systems is a plus

● Ability to operate heavy machinery

● Skilled in using hand and power tools

● Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds

● Team-oriented with strong communication skills

● Able to follow instructions and work independently

● Dexterity in handling materials with hands and fingers

● Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds
