At the Canadian Spa Company we are hiring for a Marketing Manager position to execute on our digital and print marketing strategies to connect with our customers and push our brand identity. By wholesaling our products through some of the biggest companies in the world (Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Lowes, Walmart, Home Hardware etc) we are able to offer customers fantastic purchasing opportunities to ensure that anyone can have their very own hot tub in their backyard. With a diverse product line and large distribution network we are able to obtain a competitive edge in the industry while providing the customer with exactly what they want.

This position requires the individual to work out of our Oakville office and manage our marketing team on a daily basis. Previous leadership and product management ability is a must, along with a thirst for trying new things. This person must be up to date with the latest digital technologies (Shopify, Adobe Suite, Google Adwords) to ensure that their team executes at the highest level. A good understanding of brand management and identity is also considered an asset to this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work directly in the Oakville location to execute our marketing strategy with their team
  • Manage and grow our various Shopify stores
  • Maintain lead generation KPIs amongst the entire team to drive opportunities to the sales team
  • Provide creative assistance and mentorship to the creative team
  • Understand the need for brand management and how it connects to consumers differently
  • Execute on new design projects in both physical (product packaging, corporate clothing, brochures etc) and digital (online campaigns, websites, Adwords etc) forms of media
  • Ensure effective levels of communication amongst the entire team in regards to new updates/initiatives

Qualifications and Skills

  • Well organized and able to schedule their time effectively
  • Highly motivated with great communication skills
  • Strong creative mindset with efficiency in Adobe Suite
  • Previous Shopify store experience
  • Enjoys building and growing programs
  • Excellent leadership ability and product management skills
