What You'll Do: As our Clinical Receptionist, you will greet and serve patients, manage communications, process payments, create care plans, and assist with various clinic duties. Your role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients.

Who You Are: You are a people person who excels in customer service and communication. You have at least two years of experience in a high-paced customer service role, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with office equipment. You can multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

Minimum Requirements:

• Two years in a customer service role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
• Familiar with debit machines, photocopiers, and fax machines.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow directions.
• High school diploma.
• Willing to commute or relocate to Thunder Bay, ON.

Bonus Requirements:

• Experience in a high-paced office.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or chiropractic office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
