- Connect with new and existing customers
- Determine customer needs and recommend tools, products, service and solutions
- Grow sales and meet sales objectives
- Identify new business opportunities
- Customer relations
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Use CRM system for tracking
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- 2-4 years of outside sales experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Must have knowledge of metalworking tools and products
- Entrepreneurial sales spirit, hunter mentality
- Strong communication and presentation skills
