Job Description

Mercedes-Benz Winnipeg, is looking to add a member to its reputable Parts department in the role of Parts Advisor.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Advisor is responsible for assisting our valued customers and team members with sourcing vehicle parts and components at Mercedes-Benz Winnipeg. Parts Advisors also create a positive impression of our brand, they play a very important role in promoting and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The best candidates will have about 1-2 years of experience in parts in the automotive industry with a strong understanding of the automobile and its inner workings. If you have had past experience with CDK/ADP, this is an asset. Must be organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with deadlines. Additionally, experience in luxury customer service or administration (especially in the automotive industry) would be helpful in the position.

Parts Advisors are people who communicate well and are patient, able to assess the customer’s needs and provide solutions and understanding. They are people who are self-motivated, and work well independently and as a member of a high-performance team.
