All positions within GHHS require:

• Minimum 9 months experience working in a long-term care setting is required
• Successful completion of the Personal Service Worker (PSW) certificate program
• COVID passport with QR showing at least 2 doses of the vaccine is required
• Vulnerable Sector Check and 2-step TB or chest x-ray within 6 months is required
• Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, tDap. Hepatitis B an asset)
• Current N95 and CPR certificates is mandatory
