Position Summary

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring prescriptions are processed accurately, and providing outstanding customer service. You will assist the pharmacy team with administrative and inventory management tasks, prescription preparation, and help maintain efficient pharmacy workflow.

In addition to pharmacy responsibilities, you will also receive training to support clinic operations, expanding your role into assisting with administrative tasks in our clinic setting as needed. This provides an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in both pharmacy and healthcare clinic environments.

  • Answering phone calls, processing payments, and coordinating deliveries
  • Assisting with patient questions and referring to the pharmacist when necessary
  • Explaining pharmacy services to patients and helping book clinical appointments
  • Clinical Support:
  • Assisting with medication reviews, naloxone education, and other clinical services offered through the pharmacy
  • Preparing immunizations and helping manage point-of-care testing, as directed by the pharmacist

  • Support patient check-in and assist with basic administrative tasks in the clinic

This dual training offers a dynamic and evolving role, allowing you to gain experience across both pharmacy and clinical healthcare settings.
