Create Compounding Pharmacy is looking for an exceptional Pharmacy Assistant (Call Center) to join our growing team!

We are a leading compounding pharmacy group that expanded into a new world class facility in Port Coquitlam area in October of 2022. This position is for a Pharmacy Assistant that will work with the compounding pharmacists and technicians to produce high quality compounded products. Our facility is fully compliant with the NAPRA guidelines and offers sterile, non-sterile and hazardous compounding. Comprehensive training will be provided in detail for the successful applicant.

We are looking for the following qualities:

• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Kroll experience in retail pharmacy an asset

As a Pharmacy Assistant you will:

• Answering phone calls
• Communicating with other Health Care Professionals
• Processing compound orders in Kroll
• Filling prescriptions
• Accurately prioritizing and communicating with other departments
• Setting up orders for delivery
• Any other appropriate pharmacy assistant or administration duties
