Operations Manager – KB Real Estate Team (Toronto)

The KB Real Estate Team, a high-performing and fast-growing real estate group in Toronto, is looking for an Operations Manager to drive our expansion from $60 million in annual real estate sales to $85 million next year, with a long-term goal of $150 million in five years.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Growth & Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO to implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and oversee team performance to meet aggressive growth targets.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a high-performing administrative team. Ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Optimize Operations: Constantly improve processes and systems to increase efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
  • Client Experience: Oversee client transactions from listing to closing, ensuring flawless execution and communication throughout. Ensure a 5 Star experience to generate referrals.
  • Marketing & Events: Oversee marketing campaigns, lead generation systems, and client engagement through events and touchpoint programs.
  • System Management: Manage our lead generation and CRM systems, ensuring no client or lead falls through the cracks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate administrative management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for building high-performing teams.
  • Tech-savvy, with a deep understanding of systems, processes, and CRM platforms.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to prioritize.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
