Kelly is a global leader in providing workforce solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic job seekers available for various upcoming office assignments. Our client is looking for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant with excellent communication skills for a 18-month temporary contract in Regina, SK.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Assisting with payroll duties including data entry and processing
  • Performing various administrative tasks as needed
  • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

About you:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
  • Demonstrated capability to provide team support and assistance as required.
