Job Description:

As a Tech-Savvy Property Manager at Canary Property Management, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the performance of our diverse property portfolio. This multifaceted position requires a unique blend of technical proficiency, hands-on expertise, project management skills, and a customer-centric approach to sales and client relations.

Responsibilities:

Property Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, local regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance assessments to ensure optimal property conditions.
• Utilize technology and data analytics to streamline property management processes and enhance efficiency.

Technical Proficiency:

• Leverage technology tools and software for property management, financial reporting, and client communication.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to implement innovative solutions for improved property management.

Project Management:

• Coordinate and oversee property improvement projects, renovations, and maintenance initiatives.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Sales and Client Relations:

• Actively engage in the leasing process, from marketing vacancies to conducting property showings and applicant screenings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly address client concerns or inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management, with a track record of successful portfolio oversight.
• Strong technical acumen and proficiency in property management software and tools.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent sales and client relations skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Maintenance Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on maintenance or project experience, ensuring the ability to proactively address property-related issues, uphold quality standards, and contribute to the seamless operation of our diverse portfolio.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Years of hands-on experience in property management.
