Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Mobile Security Guards to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our clients’ properties. As a mobile security guard, you will patrol designated areas, monitor for suspicious activity, respond to incidents, and provide a visible deterrent to crime. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly observant, have excellent communication skills, and a strong background in security.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular mobile patrols in assigned areas to ensure safety and security.

Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.

Monitor and report suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or potential security risks.

Maintain clear and concise communication with the mobile security supervisor.

Complete detailed incident reports and documentation as required.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and protocols.

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and the public.

Qualifications:

Valid security license.

Valid first aid certification.

Strong knowledge of security procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.

Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with computers (Excel, Word etc..)

Previous experience in law enforcement or military background is a plus.

Use of force certification

Working Conditions:

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Ability to drive for long periods of time.

Ability to deal with conflict while remaining calm and collected.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
