The Service Advisor is responsible for assisting the customers with their maintenance and for service needs in an efficient and professional manner and adhering to the highest standard of Customer Service.

Job Details:

• Greet the clients and perform service walk around, and ensure customer needs are assessed and signatures obtained during the appointment check in
• Keep in touch with clients throughout the entire service process
• Maintain the documentation on work orders and ensure required data has been collected and updated as necessary throughout the repair process
• Monitor carry over repairs and keep customers informed
• Organize and receive payment and release vehicle to owner after servicing
• Employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have experience with luxury automotive brand
• Bilingual an asset
• Ability to work under pressure in busy season
• Effective time management skills
