Mercedes-Benz Downtown Calgary is seeking a Service Concierge to join our team.

The successful individual will be a team player with strong customer service skills, committed to customer satisfaction and and a desire to exceed customer expectations. Our service concierge will provide our customers with exceptional overall experience from check-in to check-out.

Service Concierge duties include, but not limited to:

• Greeting customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform vehicle check-ins
• Moving and organizing vehicle on lot
• Schedule and organize shuttle and loaner services
• General lot/Drive through clean up and organization
• Schedule customer washes

Job Requirements and skills:

• Previous experience in a customer-focused industry is an asset
• Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organization skills and ability to multitask
• Honest, professional and a strong team player
• Experience with CDK/MS Office/Google Workspace software would be considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00-$3,600.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
