Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our small team in a casual, relaxing work setting. The ideal candidate should have a fundamental knowledge of customer service and sales, a flair for promoting products, and the ability to provide exceptional in-store experiences.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Communicate product/service features and benefits effectively to customers
- Perform cashiering duties with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to recommend products based on customer needs
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in POS systems and cash-handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Ability to conduct product demos and explain technical details clearly
- Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Basic work ethics

The starting wage in probationary within the first three months of hiring is $18.25/hr. Wage review will be conducted every three to six months after probationary.
