About the Team:
The Store Manager will be responsible for creating an exemplary and welcoming environment, while cultivating, elevating and preserving client relationships, in a manner that is consistent with SSENSE’s brand values through all customer service channels, ambitious curatorial program and dynamic experience. The Store Manager will partner closely with key stakeholders in Technology, Operations, Real Estate and Customer Care to deliver a world-class customer experience to the SSENSE Montreal clients.

  • Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve overall targets across all SSENSE channels and initiatives; walk-in model, appointments model, online model, marketing activations and individual contributions;
  • Analyze store performance and identify business opportunities to maximize revenue, achieve KPIs and optimize productivity for SSENSE Montreal;

  • Develop and implement business tactics and action plans in collaboration with stakeholders such as the Associate Store Managers to enhance revenue and the customer experience;

  • Lead the customer journey flow through walk-ins and appointment model including productivity, presentations, inventory management and after sales service to ensure an outstanding customer experience is consistently achieved and increase market shares;

  • Optimize all aspects of SSENSE Montreal operational model, including, but not limited to, the employee experience, customer experience, operational processes and store expenses.


Qualifications


How To Excel In This Role:

  • A minimum of 5 years store management experience in a high volume clienteling environment and retail operations;
  • Proven experience establishing trusting relationships in an omni-channel environment;

  • Ability to lift heavy boxes (15kg);
  • Hours/days of work can be varied due to the demands of the business.
