18-month temporary fully bilingual French/ English Employee Relations Specialist will report to the People Services branch of Human Resources for North America. Employee Relations work is focused on promoting a positive workplace environment through employee communication and engagement and resolving employment conflicts.
Minimum – Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
The base pay range for this position is up to CAD $ 55,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
Offers of employment are conditional and require that you complete and pass a criminal background check that reviews all criminal activity in every area of residence for the last seven years.
