Job Description: Weekend Caregiver for a client with Dementia.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide weekend care for clients with advanced dementia. The ideal candidate will have experience working with challenging behaviors associated with dementia, including aggression, confusion, and mood swings.

Responsibilities:-

• Provide personalized care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Engage clients in cognitive and physical activities to promote well-being.
• Monitor and manage symptoms, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients.
• Communicate regularly with family members and healthcare professionals on client’s progress.
• Manage challenging behaviors with patience, empathy, and de-escalation techniques.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the unique needs of advanced dementia care.
• Ability to handle difficult or aggressive behaviors with calmness and professionalism.
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
