We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for our client in Abbotsford.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the production manager and working in collaboration with the plant manager the ideal candidate must be able to perform the following:
• SOP for outgoing shipments (stock pulling, labeling, palletizing, and shipping instructions)
• Timely verification of all shipments
• Ensure accurate inventory and incoming shipments
• Receive deliveries, inspect goods, record shortages, reject damages, and route items to appropriate areas
• Perform daily forklift checks and report abnormalities
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
• Monitor and control inventory efficiently
• Manual Inventory Counting, input data in different computerized platforms
• Clean loading areas, grounds, and parking lots
• Print necessary forms, logs, and labels for production
• Perform additional duties assigned by Production Supervisor

Qualifications & Skills:

• Possess a High School Diploma
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Valid forklift ticket
• Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office and email usage,
• ERP Syspro, Sage 50 - asset
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication (both oral and written)
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
• Demonstrates good decision-making abilities
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• Safely operates powered mobile equipment, such as sit down forklifts
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Proficient in problem-solving, assessing situations, and finding logical solutions
• Skilled in multitasking, handling pressure, and meeting deadlines calmly and efficiently
• Consistently maintains neat and organized paperwork.

Salary & Schedule:

• Full time and Permanent
• $26 per hour starting wage based on previous experience
• Monday to Friday with occasional weekends
• Able to work overtime over the high season (3-4 Months)

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
