The Business Development Associate is expected to perform a variety of duties that relate to client inquiries for services. They are expected to be responsible for providing the highest level of quality service to all clients and family members. This will be achieved by being responsive, a good listener, present, and empathetic to the caller. Also, they will work to develop a relationship with the caller on an ongoing basis by nurturing the relationship through making regular connections and providing resources that will support them. In addition, the Business Development Associate will work hand-in-hand with the Enterprise and franchise teams to ensure a positive, cohesive and supportive environment for all Key Players to ensure that the needs of the teams are met.

A description of the Business Development Associate roles and responsibilities is as follows:

  • Taking Service Inquiries and ensuring that our KPI of 55% Conversion Rate is met.
  • Leading warming on inquires and following up on assigned tasks in Sales Force
  • Entering Clients into Nurturing Journey’s in Sales Force
  • Changing the owners of lost consultations to the CCC
  • Updating Teams Pages for each Office
  • Updating Google Pages and Web Pages for each Office
  • Identifying Google Review, Recognizing KPS and posting to the Team Page
  • Crafting Responses to Google Review to send to Care Marketers
  • Post CAREGiver of the Month to the respective website
  • Set up in WellSky, ReCharge, SURGE, DREAM and Zero Volume Clients, include authorizations, billing rates, and with EIHCC schedules.
  • Receive HPG updates, upload to Wellsky and inform respective Team.
  • Book Client Care Coordinators for MH HCCSS referrals
  • Collect Pictures and supplementary posts for Care Marketers
  • Collect care consultation data and reconcile against outlook calendar to prepare for CCC workshop.
  • Continue to reconcile opportunities in Sales Force that are not closed and without task assignments.
  • Create client waivers for Brenda’s signature.
  • Assisting the Director of Business Development in tasks and projects as assigned
  • Other assignments and projects as assigned by the Vice President of Growth
  • Inviting qualified candidates from within Canada
  • Working hours are Tuesday-Saturday 11am-7pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
